I may be young. Some may question my life experience, but I got to get something off my chest.
Your biggest enemy is yourself. You got to fight yourself to stay focused. You got to be self disciplined. All questions have a yes or no question? When you realize that you can control what you want to be and say yes to the struggle and fight, you better buckle down and get ready for the grind. You will laugh, you will cry, you will move forward. Maybe it’s choosing to invest in yourself more that the public company ran by corporate America who has forgotten what it’s like to fight in the trenches. Be consistent. You fall down, you get up. You make some progress and think about the value you’re bringing into others lives. Not much value in helping others? Re-structure your focus. Don’t give up. Quiet the voice in your head telling you the road ends here. Eliminate the self-sabotage. Take control of your life. Own your mistakes and have faith. Some get better head starts. When the hustle seems never ending learn to enjoy the micro-gains. Be resourceful. Leverage your time. Enjoy the process, it will all work out. Condition, condition, condition your mind to be stronger each day. Visualize where you want to be. I can’t wait for the naysayers, the ones who ignored me, the ones who didn’t back my passion to ride into Vegas in a few years and see me on a giant billboard. Stay humbled. Be a nice person when it hurts. Don’t become the one without emotional intelligence. Who? What? Where? Why? Where is the How question? How did you get to this low point? Are you aware, like really aware. Everyone gets 24 hours in a day, how do you spend yours? How fast is your current pace? Going slow is not a bad thing, but try thinking smarter and harder. You think the biggest power players started at the top? Most started at the bottom 10%. Success is the details. Embrace the details in-between the calendar months. Take advantage of the four seasons. Greatness is not cheap. It takes a lot of time develop. Chisel away at the uncommon life while wanting to learn more now, tomorrow, in 2 weeks, 2 years, 20 years.
What do you want? What’s your plan. What’s your clear and precise plan?
